Her sire Nickelson B is a son of Olympic Concord one of the best young stallions in Holland today. He has recently been very successful with Jos Lansink in Paris, Dortmund and Darmstadt. His sire, is the world famous Voltaire who is found in many International jumping pedigrees today, his offspring's are the highest money winners in Holland. Voltaire himself, a very successful international jumper, has won the Grand Prix of Berlin. He also had the most offspring's at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, he also sired such horses as ALTAIR ridden by Beth Underhill and PLAY IT AGAIN ridden by Ian Miller and the horse of the Year FINESSE ridden by Emile Hendrix. VOLTAIRE is the 3rd leading sire of show jumpers in Holland and 4th leading sire in the World. Voltaire goes back to the stallion FURIOSO II who sired over 150 broodmares worldwide and has produced over fifty approved sons such as FIORIO the junior European dressage champion ridden by E. In Oldenburg we find FROHWIND, FURST, FABRIANO, FURIAN AND HEISMAN all representing there sire FURIOSO II. On her father's side she goes back to the famous Swedish stallion GASPARI, the sire of 11 approved stallions, he was probably one of the world's greatest producers of dressage horses. Himself a competitor at the Olympics in Rome, he was also the sire of PIAFF who was world, European and Munich Olympic Champion. He also sired the dressage stallions ELEKTRON, GASSENDI and FLYNGE HERKULES. One of GASPARI'S daughters is also the dam of the World Cup final winner, silver medalist in the 1986 World Championship and bronze medal winner at the Seoul Olympics the stallion GAUGUIN DE LULLY. On her dam's side this interestingly bred filly goes back to the famous stallion DER LÖWE XX, whose progeny excelled in the sport and also his sons DER LORD, LIOSTRO and LUGANO I.
