CABALLO'S dam ELFRODITE is a moderate framed elegant black mare. She is a Swedish mare, she combines the best of both, Swedish and Hannoverian performance bloodlines and is extremely athletic with powerful movement. On her father's side she goes back to the famous Swedish stallion GASPARI, the sire of 11 approved stallions; he was probably one of the world's greatest producers of dressage horses. Himself a competitor at the Olympics in Rome, he was also the sire of PIAFF who was world, European and Munich Olympic Champion. He also sired the dressage stallions ELEKTRON, GASSENDI and FLYNGE HERKULES. One of GASPARI's daughters is also the dam of the World Cup final winner, silver medalist in the 1986 World Championship and bronze medal winner at the Seoul Olympics the stallion GAUGUIN DE LULLY.
