General Instructions for Thawing of Frozen Semen
Remove the straw from the nitrogen semen tank and place it in a 35 degrees
Celsius water bath for at least 30 to 40 seconds. Take the straw out, dry them
well, be careful to keep the semen warm, place the semen into a 10 to 15 ml
tube, put it into a breeding pipette and breed the mare by placing the semen
deep in the uterine body.
INSEMINATIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE PERFORMED BY A LICENSED
VETERINARIAN.
